Havstad Alumni Center is a gathering place that provides a variety of options for 麻豆传媒, alumni, families and friends. The Alumni Foundation manages Havstad Alumni Center and supports 麻豆传媒 purposes and goals.

First floor space

The first floor is designed to provide a home-like living room setting for conversations, interviews, social events - wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners, birthdays, baby showers, or family reunions. Space can serve up to 80 people but is currently limited to 50. Adjacent there is a small area with a refrigerator, sink and microwave. It also includes:

  • Three sitting areas on the main floor.
  • Grand piano.
  • 12 60鈥� round tables.  Tablecloths and tableware are not included. Tables seat 8 people.
  • Up to 8 tables can fit in this space, but 6 tables are ideal.
  • 2 - 96鈥� x 36鈥� and 1 - 72鈥漻 36鈥� tables, often used as buffet tables.
  • 80 black fabric chairs.  
  • Counter space, small microwave and refrigerator in Supplies Room on west side of 1st floor.
  • DVD player on cart.
  • An easel with bulletin board that can be used to welcome your guests or display a specific message.     

There are several catering places in the Walla Walla area.

Second floor space

The second floor is a gathering place for larger groups (up to 102 people) for family reunions, birthday parties, training classes, presentations, luncheons. The full kitchen helps provide an ideal area for gathering together for family reunion dinners, Pathfinder parties, holiday meals, or potlucks.   

Items available for use:

  • 6-72鈥漻36鈥� conference tables                                  
  • 30 padded chairs that fit around conference tables
  • 2 72鈥漻30鈥� tables鈥攐ften used for buffet table
  • Dell Computer and Overhead Projector, pull down screen and speakers
  • VHS or DVD player on cart
  • 2 white boards with easel
  • Piano
  • Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, plus serving dishes and utensils.  Garbage containers and bags are in the kitchen.
  • 2 kitchen carts
